Thanks to new funding from North Yorkshire Council’s Shared Prosperity Fund, we are linking up with Our Zero Selby and Up for Yorkshire to offer free ‘Community Climate Ambassador’ training courses.
Now more than ever we need people with the knowledge and tools to act locally and make our homes, organisations and local communities more sustainable.
We will provide you with knowledge to reduce your carbon footprint and support to develop environmental/sustainability initiatives.
Who should attend?
The course is targeted at people involved with a Parish/Town Council, community building, community group or VCSE organisation, as well as interested local residents.
When and where?
Our first 3-session course will run at Brayton Community Centre, starting on 18th June (6-8pm) and we’ll then run two online courses in September and October.
